New day, new time of year, new podcasting platform, and quite possibly a whole new Shawn. Hello friends, very excited for the next chapter in this journey to unlocking the knowledge of "why we are the way we are." New to Acast and proud to give it a little look-see and tell. Spring has sprung in the north and with that means new outdoor activities and more physical actions. Today I wanna start by slowly bringing it back to a standard routine of uploading and see if growth can actually happen. I had some personal growth over the past couple of weeks, found myself able to actually cry again. For so long I was shut off and afraid to feel, and through continuing efforts, I have finally made a breakthrough, listen on to hear what.
