You know every once and a while you might find yourself doing something positive unintentionally. Walks have been fundamental in the development of my personality, observations, and hobbies. Growing up in an area that encourages walking for multiple reasons has its perks as well, by means of which I fell in love with the activity over time to now where it's a weekly activity for me. Not only are there numerous health benefits, but there are also numerous mental benefits to walking as well. Come take a listen and see what you agree with. Challenge yourself to go out a couple of times a week for a simple walk and share your experiences.
