Another fantastic SCEFL Groundhop has been and gone and we hear from two of the managers involved in an entertaining Friday night clash - Phoenix Sports' new boss Jake Goodman on the opportunity he has been afforded at the club, playing the right way and his hopes, while Corinthian's Keith McMahon discusses his side's battling performance in that game, the challenges he faces and his confidence in getting his team to move up the table.

There was another Kent derby in the National League South and new Tonbridge Angels manager Alan Dunne was delighted after his side came out on the right side of it, and discusses recruitment and looks ahead to the big FA Cup clash this weekend. Dover boss Jake Leberl was disappointed with his side's showing at Longmead but was able to take the positives from their efforts so far this season.

There's all the rest of the news and the usual chat and nonsense, including FetaGate, Bake Off Extra Slice and the last bit of Matt you'll hear this side of half-term...
