Alyssa Ramos is a 33-year-old self-made Cuban-American travel blogger and social media influencer. She left societal norms behind eight years ago and has traveled the world since. Alyssa is an adventure junkie who loves pushing her limits, especially when people say she can't do something. She specializes in "solo female adventure travel," but her journeys are tame. Alyssa has visited over 85 countries and all seven continents, with her favorite destinations being Antarctica, Iceland, Japan, Svalbard, India, and the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil.
You may recognize Alyssa from her Instagram account ( @MyLifesATravelMovie ), where she takes "back-of-head" selfies to prove she can succeed without showing her face. For the record, Alyssa did not come from a wealthy family or have a boyfriend. She grew up in poverty with a single mom and four siblings. Now, she is grateful to say that she gets paid to travel. Alyssa worked hard to achieve her dream, and she inspires and motivates others to travel and pursue their dreams without fear.
