Hey queens! On today's episode, I break down my biggest key learnings after fully transforming my glutes over the last year and a huge. Here are the points I mentioned:
- Your body as is currently is perfect. I have had a few messages regarding this hence thought I would do a podcast on it!
- Load is key. You can lift heavier than you think!
- Are you training for hypertrophy! Think higher rep ranges!
- Targeting the multiple different muscle groups and the way in which they move.
- Keep your plan the same for at least 4-8 weeks. And focus on progressively adding more weights, reps or intensity e.g. pulses.
- Nutrition, calorie surplus!! High protein, high carbs!
