Hey queens! On today's episode, I break down my biggest key learnings after fully transforming my glutes over the last year and a huge. Here are the points I mentioned:

  1. Your body as is currently is perfect. I have had a few messages regarding this hence thought I would do a podcast on it!
  2. Load is key. You can lift heavier than you think!
  3. Are you training for hypertrophy! Think higher rep ranges!
  4. Targeting the multiple different muscle groups and the way in which they move.
  5. Keep your plan the same for at least 4-8 weeks. And focus on progressively adding more weights, reps or intensity e.g. pulses.
  6. Nutrition, calorie surplus!! High protein, high carbs!
