This week on the show we'll talk about Instant Pot curry, Indian food delivery, and eat Sweet Chili Doritos (yes, they're vegan!).

What we talked about:

• 3D printed vegan meat
• new versions of the Beyond Burger
• Tofu achari is Becky's go-to order from Planet Bombay, and you have got to try it!
• Papadum was a big hit!
• Salsa Verde Doritos have chicken in them.

The Instant Pot yellow curry I made was based on my Instant Pot curry tofu soup with some changes:

• yellow curry powder instead of red
• added potatoes
• backed off on the liquid to make it more of a sauce and less of a soup broth
