Vegan spaghetti and meatballs:
- Boil 8 ounces of spaghetti of your choice.
- Cook frozen Gardein Meatless Meatballs in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400° F.
- Chop up 2 cloves of garlic and a bell pepper, saute in plenty of olive oil for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of baby kale or baby spinach to the pan, cook until wilted.
