They were joined by Leah, a certified distance Reiki specialist & crystal healer, to share her journey into holistic healing. Leah explained that Reiki is a Japanese practice which combines the words "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life energy. She discussed tips for remembering what each crystal does, how to charge them, and where to keep them in your home or on your person so you don't leave without them.
Leah has been using holistic therapies for decades to find clarity, revitalise her energy levels, grounding herself, and take time away from everyday life. She eventually decided to become a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner when the timing was perfectly aligned with a period in her life.
