Jamie Lynn Sigler knows a lot about success and fame. But along with that, she knows a lot about life and loss, and what it feels like to grieve when life doesn’t go your way. When Jamie was 20, at the height of her acting career, she was diagnosed with MS. Then, at the age of 32, she lost her older brother Adam to a brain aneurysm. In this episode, Jamie discusses how loss and grief have been part of her entire adult life, and how acceptance has been her path to peace. Through meditation, perspective, and a love of connection, Jamie has found a way to show up for her life in a remarkable way. There are very few people who are able to share the hard and beautiful moments with such honesty, grace, and love.
