James 'Jay' Lewis has crammed so much in, the boy barely gets time to sit down!
From starting out fronting Cracatilla, joining The La's when they reformed in 2005, since then he has worked with John Power on his solo work as well as Cast and The Zutons and when he has a little time to himself Jay has his own solo work to be getting on with!
