Having allergies is something that most of us have direct experience with. Anything from skin rashes to hair loss, to physical exhaustion to a runny nose, and everything in between. And a lot of the times we are putting up with this thinking that, " oh this is just my body or genetics, this is a normal part of my life". Well, guess what? It doesn't have to be. You can take charge and make the changes necessary to bring your body back into proper balance. There is no need to put up with anything.
I suffered with allergies for most of my life that affected both my physical and mental health. I had major brain fog most of my school days, unable to retain information, I was physically exhausted needing to take naps many times a day and sleeping 12 hour days just to make it through the next day, only to repeat the pattern again and again. My memory was that of a goldfish, maybe 7 seconds of retention, I didn't want to do anything because I didn't have the energy to. So I stayed home and watched TV or played video games. Stuck in this endless pattern. Is this living? To me, this is merely surviving. Avoiding what needs your attention. As powerful beings, We are not meant to survive, we are meant to thrive!
So in this episode we discuss a couple simple ways to allow our bodies to start balancing themselves naturally and easily. Breaking the habits of our programmed society just to fit in is something that takes courage. But with that, great rewards await.
