Sounds like a simple topic, but it's a lot more complex than it appears.  We all make hundreds of decisions everyday, from simple, to not so simple.  From what to wear in the morning, to which steps to take on your walk to the fridge, to what education to receive, what job to apply for, what man or woman to be with (or not), when and if to start fresh, and more.  It's endless. A myriad of choices that have both a subtle and massive influence over you and the life of others. So you might begin to see how important it is to make wise decisions that have the least resistance.  Understand that from previous discussions, we have been programmed since birth, so a lot of the choices  that we make will be chosen from society's programming, not necessarily what is right for us. In one way, until you experience what is not right for you, you won't know what you really want. So in the end, there are no wrong choices.  All roads eventually lead home. But if you want to live a life that is more fluid, abundant, joyful and enriching,  without taking the long road, then you will want to make heart-based decisions that are right for you. Be like water. Water flows the way of the quickest path down, with no resistance. What does that mean for us living in this reality?  Remember, our hearts are our compass. But the problem is that the mind has become so noisy that it drowns out the subtle voice of the heart. So how can we begin to listen to our hearts once again?
