Living a life of integrity is one of the most important things we can do in order to empower ourselves and to take the power back we once gave away. When you start being true to your word and yourself, the universe and your subconscious mind watch this and know that the things you say come to pass. In that sense the universe will support you in your creations. If you say things just to be heard or to make people happy, the universe sees this and when you do try to create something and manifest it, the universe says oh well you don't really mean it.
Not only that, acting out of integrity strengthens our energy field, it gives us more power and insight throughout the day, so we are less affected by outside circumstances or situations. We become the vibration that others feel, instead of us adjusting our frequency to accomodate others. Be the light, be the love and be the change you want to see in the world. Everything is energy, so we must be responsible creators and co-creators during our time here.
