In this episode we discuss the identities that humans tend to play and how they affect our everyday lives. Some of this seems so obvious but because we all play so many different roles in life such as Mother, Father, Grandmother, Daughter, Brother, Bus Driver, Employee, Citizen, Dog Lover, etc, we tend to forget that theseĀ identities can be the very thing that holds us back from growing into the person we want to be. Realizing that other peoples views on us in the roles that we play is a powerful energy and can likely make us stay in those roles firmly and unconsciously. Sometimes this can be a good thing. Other times not so good if we want to grow or break apart the patterns in our lives that aren't working. It's about knowing that this is happening in the first place, to bring awareness and consciousness to this process so that we can then get to the source of the patterns that hold us back from becoming our greatest selves.
