Description

At this point in humanity's evolution, I would think that most people would feel quite uncomfortable if their mind was silent for too long (if at all). And so to fill this "scary" quiet, the mind keeps itself stimulated through repetitive thoughts to make itself feel comfortable. Because that's the one thing it thinks it can control. But through this illusion is where most human problems lay. These are the seeds of all human problems from individuals to humanity as a whole.
If we were to be silent and wait for our hearts to speak to us, the more we would know who we really are, learn our purpose, heal the fragmented mind, and take the power back we had once given away. We then understand that the thoughts we think are not really who we are. It's a part of the conditioning and programming we have all received here since birth. That the mind has temporarily taken control of the rudder of life and that anytime we are ready, we can take back the control by just learning to be still.
Empty your mind. Be the empty cup ready to receive the truth of your being. And in that magical moment you will gain the insight to make deep changes your inner child craves. In this you will find true peace, happiness,  joy, and the fulfilment that every moment has the potential to bring you.
