From the Zoom Practices recorded during lockdown, we begin this practice in Supine and continue warming up the spine, back and hips in Cat Pose and Pigeon Pose. We build strength in the back and shoulders with Downward Dog Pose and Cobra Pose then flow into some Half Sun Salutation and Standing Poses. Stretching and Strength building in some seated poses is rounded off in Supine with a Bridge Pose Sequence and then Savasana.
