Jeni Britton is the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. Her passion for dessert began while working at a bakery while studying art. It led to her opening her first ice cream shop, Scream Ice Cream, while eventually evolving into a stall at a farmer’s market in Columbus, Ohio.
