Jon Bon Jovi is a legendary rock star, who we met at JBJ Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, New Jersey, to hear more about his amazing musical career and his path to create this incredible community restaurant. The concept for the restaurant, where there are no prices on the menu aside from a suggested donation for those that are able to pay, was Jon’s wife Dorothea’s idea, and has been a soul-affirming journey for both of them.
