Miguel Garza is a co-founder and the CEO of Siete Family Foods. Miguel and his sister Veronica began this entrepreneurial journey by solving a deeply personal problem. Veronica was plagued with several autoimmune diseases and a gluten allergy, leading their family to experiment with their beloved Mexican recipes. Eventually Veronica created a recipe for a gluten-free tortilla, which was just the beginning.
At La Cocina de Consuelo in Austin, Texas, Miguel shares his journey to create and build Siete Foods into the powerhouse it is today.
