Leaders have failed to lead, leaders have become followers, there is no longer any independent thinking or challenging business leaders. Politics has destroyed the ability to lead without offending people, when in fact people need to be challenged. Zoom does not do that. We need to get back to our core businesses, bring employees back to the office, so there is more relationship building in business. People have forgotten to get up, get dressed for business, think business, and to build those important relationships in business. In government there is no more leadership, it has become a political agenda where politicians just follow the agenda. Never works out well for the people of a government that pushes a political agenda and stops listening to the people of the nation. Leaders listen.
