It's the final solo episode of the season and the summer holidays are nearly here so what better time to talk about how to take a break from our productivity?! In this episode I talk about why we have such a strained relationship to resting and the guilt that we often experience despite knowing that rest is restorative, how we can be intentional about rest and take a longer period of time off and how to get back into our productivity after a break.
