Today I have an interview with Burnout and Workplace Wellbeing expert Katie Phillips. Katie is doing amazing work coaching clients and workplaces to gain a better understanding of what causes us to burn out and how we can avoid it so I've got her on the podcast to talk about when a bad relationship with productivity can lead to burn out and how we can avoid it.
She shares her own personal stories of 3 burnouts and the symptoms she experienced that showed her there was a problem with the way she was working. We also talk a bit about how some people are more susceptible to burning out and the responsibility of individuals as well as workplaces to stop burnout becoming commonplace.
