Having experienced two miscarriages of my own and getting pregnant with our double rainbow baby a year after we started trying, I know how hard it is when people talk about how easy it is to get pregnant. It can be so hurtful, even when it’s not intentional. I want to open this conversation up to those who are struggling to get pregnant, struggling with loss, infertility or secondary infertility and hopefully open the eyes of those who have been fortunate enough not to face those issues. I also want to make those of you who are walking through this season, in one way or another, feel seen, heard and loved and hopefully help you navigate the pregnancies happening all around you, even when it hurts.
