Description

With Dublin Marathon approaching, I decided to do an extra episode taking the best bits from 5 marathoners I've previously interviewed. There's fantastic advice in here for any marathon. They discuss their experiences of marathons, training tips; dealing with bad days and what to do on the day itself. Contributors (with time slots if you're busy) include:

  1. (0-17.36) Mick Clohisey: Dublin Marathon winner and 2 time Olympian with a 2.13 pb.
  2. (17.37)Jenny Hitchings: WR holder at 055 with a 2.45.
  3. (32.28) Ann- Marie McGlynn: A masters runner who has a 2.29 and runs at top senior level.
  4. (41.46) Martin Kelly: 60 years old and he's done all the Dublin Marathons with a sub 3 in his day.
  5. (55.05) Colin Griffin: a 2.23 runner and an expert on injury advice.
