Description

Two families tell of their experiences dealing with housing and health authorities. Rose and her two children Tracey and Keith became homeless and were placed in unsuitable emergency accommodation. Rita's daughter Cait suffered from mental illness and was admitted to a facility for adults at the age of 15.These interviews are extracts from A Word From The Wise, published by the Ombudsman for Children's Office.
