In this episode, Rita's Special Guest is Dr Katrina Nguyen, who is a Paediatric and Founder of Faithful-2-Fitness which is a non-profit helping to fight childhood obesity. Katrina talks about her journey escaping Vietnam and coming to the US to set up her career and help many families with the initiatives she leads to help their children combat obesity. She also shares how her faith in God gives her the strength to do more for others and dedicates her work to God and helping others.
