In the final episode of the Wedding Series, Ruby and her guest Danny discuss a film that belongs in the pantheon of Black Hollywood Excellence, The Best Man. This movie has everyone who is anyone today: Tase Diggs, Morris Chestnut, Terrence Howard, Harold Perrineau, Regina Hall, Nia Long, and Sanaa Lathan, among others. Ruby is seeing the film for the first time, while Danny has seen it multiples times over. They discuss how it holds up over the past 20 years (shockingly well), the silliest moments of the film, and low-key how Harper's friend group parallels the core four from Girlfriends.
