When it comes to fitness, many moms wonder when is the best time to work out versus when can I actually work out? Do I need to get up first thing in the morning for a 30 minute session to have improvements in my health? Today, we want to uncover if planning movement within our day at a certain time can boost our physical or mental health. 

We have guest Jennifer Scritchfield to discuss this topic who is a wife and mother of two.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor of 8 years, and founder of JFit Training.
