Taylor is the CEO of Lasso Digital. Having previously been the communications director for a local nonprofit, Taylor is passionate about the social sector and believes nonprofits and government agencies hold the keys to meaningful, lasting change.
As a leader, Taylor believes that culture is key. She strives to hire the very best people and trust them to do quality work, no micromanagement required. When mistakes happen, she views them as a normal part of growth and encourages her staff to be open about what they’ve learned.
Prior to her work at Lasso, Taylor was the Communications Manager for The Blue Bench, a Denver-based nonprofit that seeks to eliminate sexual assault and support those who have been affected by it. She also worked for Black Fox Philanthropy, a fundraising consultancy focused on helping international NGOs optimize their fundraising.
Taylor graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in Marketing and was recently nominated as one of ColoradoBiz's 2023 GenXYZ Most Influential Young Professionals.
Her passion for the nonprofit sector has led her to join the boards of two Colorado nonprofits: Project Safeguard, which provides survivors of domestic abuse with legal support; and Mental Health Colorado, which works to end discrimination and ensure equitable access to mental health and substance use disorder care.
Outside of work, Taylor stays busy raising her two sons, Thor (a dog) and John (a human), traveling with her husband, and watching too much Dateline.
