Description

Hadi Sotudeh joined us on our Spurs95:01 Podcast – where we spoke about data analytics and Football.

Hadi is currently is an ETH Zürich doctoral student working on “Spatio-temporal Network Analysis of Team Tactical Formation.

Characteristics in Association Football (Soccer)” and is also the head teaching assistant for the “soccer analytics” course.

Before that, Hadi worked for the Performance & Technology department of the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) as a “football data science” consultant.

In addition, he won third place in the Paris Saint-Germain’s sports analytics challenge among 3000 people (https://www.agorize.com/en/challenges/xpsg) and also participated in the "Football Tactics" Hackathon by the German Football Association (DFB) and Eintracht Frankfurt or was the Manchester City's hackathon finalist.
