 Hey guys, we got a great show. Today. We are in the art space today with Eugene Paunil of Paunil studios https://www.instagram.com/paunilstudio/ https://eugenepaunil.com/

Eugene is a Toronto-based artist that creates intrinsically designed masking cardboard as a sculpture. Born and raised in Toronto. Eugene graduated from OCAD -the Ontario academy of arts and design in 2004 where he studied industrial design 2004, Eugene has straddled the line between contemporary art and commercial art.

He started his career as a freelance mascot maker and is, and currently working as a scenic sculptor in theater, as well as a teacher of prop making at Sheridan college. Eugene's exhibits, both solo and group exhibits go back all the way since 2004, some of his notable appearances include Cityline, TVO, and various magazines and publications.

Eugene and I have known each other for over 40 years as he's actually 10 days older than me. Both of our parents are lifelong friends. We did martial arts together and played on the same hockey team when we were kids. So it's gonna be an awesome chat. So sit back and absorb.
