We got a great episode today with Ken Kilday. Ken Kilday is the owner of the Leaders Cut the Ken Kilday's coaching experience. So the Ken Kilday coaching experience is basically an executive coaching professional speaking and leadership consulting firm, harnessing the passion and energy to inspire others, to achieve leadership and excellence through human connectedness.
Ken is a very experienced coach. He has been a coach since 2013, but even before that, he worked in high-profile roles at Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, and then he launched the Ken Kilday coaching experience in 2018. Now what's interesting about this episode is that normally a lot of my guests are from Canada.
This one is the first one from the United States, but I think regardless of geographical boundaries, I think all owners can really enjoy hearing the stories of how leaders built their businesses. So I think we have a great episode on this one. So sit back and absorb.
