After a long time away from recording I wanted to talk a little about what has been going on in the background since I last shared an episode and share a very personal poem that is all about learning and growing and finding that being uncomfortable doesn't always have to be a bad thing.
I am currently working on my YouTube channel too so I will also be sharing poetry and interviews there for those that like a more visual experience.
