After a long hiatus the N17 Women Team are back to catch up with summer activities at Tottenham Hotspur Women's Team.

We talk new signings, including:

• Ella Morris - England star in the making
• Clare Hunt - depth at CB
• Amanda Nildén - making it permanent

Plus a new contract for Drew Spence, options taken up on Becky Spencer and Amy James-Turner. And it's goodbye to Barbora Votíková, NLD Queen.

Additionally, we unpick the gaps left in the team that we hope to see filled this window, chat about Spurs pre-season games and examine our moods a month before the start of the 2024/25 season.
