An energy reading from the heart of the Melbourne city receives the interest of Ms. Quick, which brings Lily and Casper into the world of the Department and face-to-face with an old adversary.
Trouble brews however when Violet and Wanda are thrown into the dark dimensions, leaving Astrid and Professor Paradox to get to the bottom of the situation themselves.
But just who is Vladimir Dangerfield and why is he seeking the interest of Buxton and Grizzler?
