Kanika Powell was an intelligent, strong, young woman and military veteran. She worked with a top secret security clearance at a government lab in Washington D.C. But one day, a man knocks on her door, a knock that both scares and alarms Kanika. Through the course of a week, more knocks come from anonymous visitors–including one man claiming to be with the FBI. And shortly after, Kanika is gunned down on her doorstep in broad daylight. And 15 years later, her case is still unsolved.
