When Mary Ellen Deener and her sister go to a nearby laundromat to finish chores, Mary Ellen ventures out on her own but never returns back to the laundromat. Early on, Mary Ellen’s murderer is brought to justice; however, what unfolds after his capture is astonishing, to say the least.
