Description

On November 10, 2007, the body of a young black woman was found in a dumpster in Chicago, Illinois. A little over 24 hours later, another body of a black woman is found nearby. The manner of the deaths lead Chicago residents and activists to believe that a serial killer has been loose in Chicago for almost 20 years.
