Wisdom exerts no authority, and those who exert authority are not wise. Wisdom is about inspiring, not imposing. It is about facilitating each person to follow their own path. It is about suggesting and stimulating. But never telling anyone what they should be or do. Among other things, because truth is not something that is taught, but something that is discovered. Krishnamurti says that to discover what is true is to discover it for oneself.
