As someone that's lived in a fat body for most of my life, I've always wondered about weight loss surgery. However, I never felt like I could talk about my curiosities with the plus size community without judgement. So on today's show I brought on two guests who've both recently had weight loss surgery. We spoke about the (positive, negative, surprising) side effects of the procedure and how there continues to be a stigma surrounding weight loss surgery.
**This episode contains discussions surrounding weight loss, body image issues and disordered eating. If any of these conversations are triggering please contact The Butterfly Foundation at 1800 33 4673 or visit their website for helpful resources at butterfly.org.au .**
