Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC) is a rare cancer commonly found in the head and neck region, arising from glandular salivary tissue. Like many orphan cancers, effective treatments in the metastatic setting are needed desperately. The 5-year survival rate is 80% and declines over time.
