Looking back at his burnout experience with the wisdom he now has from his recovery offers you a unique perspective of the signs that contributed to his burnout, things he didn't or couldn't see at the time. Things like not resting, not prioritising self-care, pushing through, doing it on his own, and not setting boundaries, to name a few.

It took hitting 'rock bottom' at a point of hopelessness and a timely Facebook advert to send him on his road to recovery and beyond to where he is now, thriving.
