Joining Meisha in this episode to discuss her experience of training throughout pregnancy is Emma Paveley.
Emma who has been involved with fitness her whole life was an elite gymnast from 7-16 years old. She was a bodybuilder for 9 years and competed professionally as an IFBB Pro for 4 of those years and competed at 2 Olympias. She then retired 3 years ago when her interests turned to CrossFit and training for enjoyment. She now works in accounts and has a beautiful 4 month baby girl called Octavia.
