Description

Joining Meisha in this episode to discuss her experience of training throughout pregnancy and post pregnancy is Melissa Haywood.

Melissa is an ex British Army Corporal and ex IFBB pro athlete who competed for 8 years but retired to have her little boy Jack who is now nearly 3 years old. She’s an online health and fitness coach who helps struggling mums who feel overwhelmed and like they don’t have time to themselves create a structure and routine that helps them look and feel incredible.

A history of cervical cancer meant that Mel's pregnancy was high risk and significantly changed her pregnancy training ambition; Meisha finds out what this meant for the fitness enthusiast and how she adapted through pregnancy and beyond.
