- We all need coaching. EVERYBODY needs a coach! The late Howard Hendricks, Dallas Theological Seminary professor, put it this way... everyone needs to have a Paul, a Barnabas, and a Timothy. In other words, they need to have someone who mentors them, someone who is walking with them and encouraging them, and someone they are mentoring.
