— 1 Peter 1:22 (NIV) ….love one another DEEPLY, from the HEART.

To love deeply you first need to be loved deeply 

Loving deeply is supernatural and begins with KNOWING GOD

—God IS love and empowers us to love 

1 John 4:7-9 (NIV) 7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

To love deeply is to forgive freely

1 Peter 4:8 (NIV) Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 

To love deeply is to give generously 

—John 3:16 (NIV) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

To love deeply is to die daily

Ephesians 5:25 (NIV)

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her

Ephesians 5:28 (NIV)

In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
