Joshua Alawode is an immigrant, specifically a Nigerian Canadian. This is part of his identity and lived experience. It’s also what drives a decent amount of what he does.
He currently works as a software engineer but did not start his professional career as a software engineer. He transitioned into software engineering about 7/8 years ago. Before this, he was a mechanical engineer. Ultimately, he’s on a journey of infinite learning.

Each week, Lerit and Tobi sit down to chat and learn more about each other’s careers.
She’s a fashion stylist and he's a writer. They know nothing about what the other person does — that’s not entirely true, she knows more about writing than he knows about fashion.
Every other week, a new guest joins them to share their career journey and experience. How does that sound?
