Happy Monday! Today's live episode of coffee with a therapist was in response to a question I got on Instagram, "What do you do if people think you are being selfish when you add self-care to your life?" First, I want to say that I did feel selfish at first when I began practicing consistent, good self-care. I was so used to giving to others (whether they asked for my help or not) that it felt really strange to give to myself and practice self-care. Here's how you can respond and what it means when someone doesn't LOVE your new self-care routine.
