On today's episode of #coffeewithatherapist, we talk all about why being dumped or broken up with can actually be a good, positive thing. In this video I go through 3 different reasons why people break up with others that have 100% to do with them and their own struggles and nothing to do with the person they break up with. Usually in break-ups, responsibility can fall on both partners and nobody is perfect. We are all humans figuring out relationships and how to be good partners and honor what is good and healthy for us. Sometimes people break up from neutral places as well. Nonetheless, my hope is to empower those that have been dumped and the "dumpees" to get perspective on their relationship break-ups and realize that it's not always what it seems.
