Bishmaber Das is Britains first Asian plus size model who has been on a journey of self discovery for the past 20 years.
She is a lawyer and a magistrate by day and alongside has dedicated time to building herself into someone who is content, comfortable and inspired by who she is.
One of the most refreshing and empowering conversations I’ve had to date, Bishamber is a complete boss but in her own way which I absolutely loved. After growing up with extreme pressures and constantly telling herself that she’s not good enough she now lives life on her terms.
There is so much value in this conversation, we touched on every topic including learning how to value and accept your body, how to be determined and passionate, that we all face pressures in some way or another and the only way to grow is by sharing.
